Sindhi Saag

Sindhi Saag is a low-fat dish prepared with minimal oil, making it a nutritious and flavorful option. The leafy greens, such as spinach or amaranth leaves, are rich in essential nutrients like vitamins A, C, and K, as well as minerals like iron and calcium.
