-75gm / 75gm Vermicelli
-75gm / 75gm Date
-50gm / 50gm Almonds
-50gm / 50gm Pistachio
-25gm / 25gm Raisins
-75gm / 75gm Clarified Butter
-125gm / 125gm Sugar
-25gm / 25gm Cudpahnut

Methods

1. For a few hours, soak dry dates in water and then cut them into long thin slices.

2. Over low heat, boil the milk with sugar till it is reduced to 3/4 of its quantity.

3. Take the nuts and boil them. Blanch and slice them finely. Clean the raisins.

4. Grind the saffron after roasting it.

5. Over low flame, heat clarified butter or butter and fry the vermicelli till golden.

6. Combine the dates, charoli and all the chopped nuts and fry gently for a few minutes.

7. Mix in the hot milk and cook again till desired consistency is obtained.

8. Garnish with saffron and serve hot in teacups!
