1. Place minced meat, soaked gram lentil, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, whole coriander, green cardamom, whole red chili, salt, ginger and garlic cloves in a pan, boil over low heat with 2 glasses of water.
2. When all ingredients are soft and the water has been completely absorbed, turn off the heat, let cool.
3. Then add in the boiled potato. Chop all the contents in a chopper.
