-0.5kg / 500gm Potato -1pc / 30gm Ginger -1pc / 5gm Green Chili -0as required / 20gm Cilantro Leaves -1tbsp / 15gm Lemon Juice -0as required / 10gm Salt -1tbsp / 14gm Hotspice Powder -2tbsp / 30gm Mint Chutney -0as required / 20gm Coconut Oil
Methods
1. Boil and peel potatoes.
2. Cut in the center into 2 halves.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry them until brown.
4. Mince ginger, green chilies and coriander leaves finely.
5. When potatoes are cool, mix ginger, green chilies, mint chutney, salt and hotspice.
6. Drizzle lemon juice on the top and garnish with coriander leaves.
