Ingredients

-0.25kg / 250gm Cashew Nuts
-150gm / 150gm Sugar
-0.25pinch / 0.5gm Saffron
-0as required / 20gm Silver Vark
-0.5tbsp / 7gm Cooking Oil

Methods

1. Soak cashewnuts for 6 hours in water.

2. Drain, dry and grind to a fine powder.

3. Heat oil in a pan, spoon in cashew powder and stir.

4. Add sugar and a little saffron and orange colour.

5. Stir till the mixture is dry.

6. Pour out on a tray and cut into diamond shape. Enjoy!
