Ingredients

-1kg / 1000gm Lamb Very Finely Minced
-1tbsp / 6gm Ginger Paste
-2tbsp / 30gm Garlic Paste
-2tbsp / 28gm Butter
-4tbsp / 60gm Raw Papaya Paste
-0.5tsp / 1.5gm Chili Powder
-0.25tsp / 1gm Mace Powder
-4tbsp / 60gm Bengal Gram Flour Roasted
-1tsp / 6gm Salt
-3tbsp / 42gm Cooking Oil

Methods

1. Add all the ingredients (except the ghee) to the lamb mince and mix well.

2. Refrigerate the whole mix for 1 hour.

3. Remove the mix from the refrigerator and form into patties.

4. Heat the ghee on a heavy-bottomed skillet (on a medium flame) and fry the kababs till golden on both sides.

5. Cool on paper towels. Serve with Mint-Coriander Chutney!
