Dry Fruit Kheer

Dry Fruit Kheer made with a combination of milk, rice, sugar, and an assortment of dry fruits such as almonds, cashews, and raisins, this dish offers a nutritious blend of essential nutrients. Ingredients

-2tbsp / 28gm Clarified Butter
-1cup / 138gm Mixed Nuts paste
-2cup / 480gm Milk
-2tbsp / 30gm Condensed Milk
-0.5tsp / 1.5gm Cardamom Powder
-2tbsp / 30gm crushed Dried Fruits

Methods

1. Heat a pan with ghee. Add the dried fruit paste and fry it until it turns pink.

2. Then milk, condensed milk and elaychi powder while stirring continuously. Allow the mixture to boil for 2 minutes.

3. Garnish with crushed dried fruits. Enjoy!
